Our history

Founded in 1993, SIRIO is a global CDMO specializing in dietary supplements and nutraceutical products. We deliver end-to-end solutions—from research and formulation through manufacturing, packaging, and supply-chain support—across gummies, softgels (including plant-based),capsules, tablets, capsules, powders and liquids. With seven production sites spanning the Americas, Asia, and Europe, and five R&D centers, we help brands bring high-quality products to market efficiently and reliably.

SIRIO USA has a rich history spanning over 40 years. Pushing the boundaries of pharmaceutical development since 1984, SIRIO has unrivalled experience in manufacturing high quality gummies and softgels and creating innovative solutions for its clients, championing quality and compliance at all times.

Dedicated to serving global customers and consumers, Sirio Pharma operates 7 advanced automated manufacturing sites and 5 R&D centers worldwide. As the global headquarters of Sirio Pharma, our flagship facility spans over 30,000 square meters and integrates lean production, automation, and digital intelligence.
Recognized in 2023 as a national-level Green Factory, this site is the largest softgel manufacturing base within Sirio, offering a comprehensive range of dosage forms—including plant-based softgels, enteric-coated softgels, and chewable softgels.
